Project Manager

Pay Range: Based on applicable experience, seeking candidates with all levels of experience McCON's Support Center team manages commercial construction projects across the continental US. We are a family-owned company known for our experience in commercial construction, our service to our clients, and our performance, both in the field and administratively. We are seeking a full-time Project Manager to join our team! Key Responsibilities: Familiarize self with construction documents, review subcontract bids, verify for accuracy and communicate discrepancies. Communicate with architects and civil engineers for clarification and alterations. Act as a liaison to the customer throughout the project. Manage subcontractor contracts, schedules, and materials. Complete material take-off, order materials, line up and coordinate utilities, and coordinate material deliveries. Daily communication with site superintendents and regional superintendents. CAD experience is a plus Proficient in Microsoft Suite. Experience with Sage Contractor 100 Software or equivalent Integrated Accounting & Project Management software.
