What You'll Do

• Provide direct patient care in OB/GYN units, ensuring high standards of safety and quality
• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care based on age-specific criteria
• Collaborate with healthcare team members, including LPNs, PCTs, and staff
• Assist in patient education, discharge planning, and documentation
• Support unit operations and uphold compliance with hospital policies
• Adapt to changing schedules and patient needs with flexibility and professionalism

What You Need

• Valid RN license in Ohio or willing to obtain
• At least 1 year of recent OB/GYN or maternal-child nursing experience
• Strong clinical skills and knowledge of patient care standards
• Ability to work flexible schedules and adapt to changing needs

• Experience working in fast-paced hospital environments
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
