We’re hiring — Architect III | Austin, TX ĒSO Architecture is looking for a licensed architect who brings strong technical chops, a collaborative mindset, and the ownership mentality to carry projects from concept through construction. This isn’t a heads‑down production role. We see our work as trusted advisors, guiding clients through a complex process with care, clear communication, and informed decision‑making at every step. We’re looking for someone who shares that approach: asks good questions, surfaces issues early, and takes pride in documentation that’s clear, coordinated, and buildable. What you’ll bring 8+ years of professional experience across all project phases Licensure (required) Proficiency in Archicad, AutoCAD, and SketchUp Familiarity with City of Austin codes and permitting Strong technical skills and an equally strong ability to communicate them We’re a studio built on collaboration, clarity, and thoughtful execution.
