Complex Cares In Home CNAWe are seeking a compassionate and dependable in home caregiver to provide high-quality, in-home care to clients. With day shift and weekend hours available, the caregiver will assist with daily living activities, provide companionship, and support clients in maintaining comfort, safety, and independence in their homes. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building meaningful relationships and can communicate effectively with Spanish speaking clients and families. These shifts are paid out at $25 per hour for weekdays and $28 per hour on weekends for this specific client.Role responsibilities include providing companionship and conversation to enhance the lives of our clients, assisting with daily activities such as meal preparation, light housekeeping, and errands, providing physical assistance such as bathing, dressing, grooming, transferring, and ambulation, accompanying clients to appointments or social outings, providing transportation as needed, monitoring and reporting changes in the client's health, behavior, and needs, and acting as a member of the care coordination team to communicate with the RN case manager to update the plan of care.Requirements include a compassionate, patient, and caring nature, strong interpersonal and communication skills, experience providing care to clients in a hands-on environment, reliable vehicle and a valid driver's license with auto insurance, negative TB test or cleared chest-xray, and availability to work two weekend days per month.
