Provide detailed information about Piedmontlube's products and services, guiding customers in making informed decisions. Handle customer complaints and concerns with empathy and professionalism, ensuring timely resolution. Process orders, returns, and exchanges efficiently while maintaining accurate records of customer interactions. Collaborate with other departments, such as sales and technical support, to resolve complex customer issues. Maintain a thorough understanding of company policies and procedures to provide accurate information to customers. Assist in the training of new team members, sharing best practices and insights to enhance team performance. Monitor customer feedback and suggest improvements to enhance service delivery and customer satisfaction. Utilize customer relationship management (CRM) software to track interactions and manage customer data effectively. Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas for improving service processes and customer experiences. Stay updated on industry trends and competitor offerings to provide customers with relevant information. Requirements High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in business or a related field is a plus. A minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer service role, preferably in the automotive or retail industry. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey information clearly and effectively. Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric mindset. Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends, as needed. A positive attitude and a willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Nice to have Experience in the automotive industry or familiarity with automotive products and services. Bilingual skills, particularly in Spanish, to better serve a diverse customer base. Previous experience in a sales role, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets. Knowledge of customer service best practices and techniques. Familiarity with inventory management systems. Skills & tools Proficient in customer relationship management (CRM) software to track customer interactions and manage data. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with customers and team members. Problem-solving skills to address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly. Organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively. Technical aptitude to learn and utilize various software and tools related to customer service. Practical notes This position is based in Cumming, Georgia, and requires the ability to commute to the office regularly.
