Corporate Associate Attorney

A prominent Wisconsin-based law firm is seeking a Corporate Associate Attorney to join its growing Business & Corporate practice. This is an excellent opportunity for an attorney who enjoys working directly with clients, handling sophisticated business transactions, and collaborating with a highly respected team of legal professionals. The ideal candidate will have experience advising businesses on a broad range of corporate matters, including mergers and acquisitions and general business transactions. Location: Milwaukee Responsibilities Advise clients on a wide variety of corporate and business law matters Draft, review, and negotiate transactional documents and commercial agreements Assist with mergers, acquisitions, restructurings, and other strategic transactions Counsel closely held businesses, middle-market companies, and entrepreneurs on day-to-day legal and operational matters Support due diligence efforts and transaction execution Work directly with clients and develop trusted advisor relationships Collaborate with attorneys across multiple practice groups to provide comprehensive legal solutions Qualifications J.D. from an accredited law school Active Wisconsin bar admission, or ability to obtain admission 4+ years of corporate law experience Experience with mergers and acquisitions strongly preferred Background or experience in business, accounting, finance, or tax matters is a plus Strong drafting, communication, negotiation, and analytical skills Demonstrated commitment to client service and business development What the Firm Offers Sophisticated corporate and transactional work Direct client interaction and meaningful responsibility Collaborative and collegial culture Professional development and advancement opportunities Competitive compensation and comprehensive benefits package #J-18808-Ljbffr Larson Maddox
