Locations Kent, WA Huntsville, AL Van Horn, TX Cape Canaveral, FL Lancaster, CA Responsibilities Design, analysis, and test of fluid components and systems. Design, analysis, and test of propulsion systems and mechanical systems. Integration of materials and processes. Manufacturing. Systems test. Operations. Systems engineering. Specific duties are subject to business unit objectives. Qualifications Minimum of a BS degree in mechanical engineering, aerospace engineering, mechatronics, or another relevant engineering field. Earned the degree within the last year and will be able to start by Fall 2026. Strong fundamentals in propulsion, fluid mechanics, thermodynamics, and structural analysis. Relevant internship, co‑op, or hands‑on experience that demonstrates development of technical skills and leadership qualities. Ability to earn trust, maintain positive and professional relationships, and strengthen a culture of inclusion. Ability to work independently and as part of a team on rapid development programs. Flexible and adaptable mindset. Self‑driven with the ability to seek out requirements with minimal direction. Desired Qualifications M.S. degree in mechanical engineering or aerospace engineering or another relevant engineering field. Experience in one or more of the following areas: GD&T (ASME Y14.5). 3D CAD programs. Finite Element Analysis (FEA). Low‑pressure fluid systems (fans, ducting, heat exchangers, capillary pumps, valves, manifolds, fittings, tubing, seals, or other fluid systems). Thermodynamics, fluid flow, or heat transfer analysis. Safety assessment and operation of pressurized test hardware. Machining, building, and maintaining pressurized or mechanical systems. Compensation Base Pay Range for CA applicants is $81,313.00 - $113,837.85. Base Pay Range for WA applicants is $81,313.00 - $113,837.85. Other site ranges may differ. Stock options for all regular employees (working at least 20 hours per week). Paid Time Off: Up to four weeks per year based on weekly scheduled hours and up to 14 company‑paid holidays.
