(USA) Member Specialist

Location: 6995 Concourse Pkwy, Douglasville, GA 30134-4551 Responsibilities Provide member service, maintain the checkout area, process purchases, payments, returns, refunds, and exchanges, and promote Sam’s Club products and services. Ensure safety and compliance by conducting safety sweeps, reporting unsafe situations, and following company safety standards and procedures. Maintain entrance and exit areas, verify memberships, assist with purchasing decisions, zone, arrange, and organize merchandise, and keep the shopping environment safe. Assist in training new associates on company processes, technology, and product knowledge, delivering rollout training and continuous improvement opportunities. Maintain documentation, logs, and emergency response procedures, and report shrink and damages to management. Adhere to all company policies, the Open Door Policy, and maintain integrity, ethics, and teamwork. Prioritize tasks, communicate progress, recommend improvement opportunities, and adapt to change and feedback. Minimum Qualifications Retail experience operating front‑end equipment (e.g., cash register). Experience working with mobile retail applications. Strong customer‑service skills and ability to work effectively in a team. Commitment to safety, ethics, and continuous learning. Preferred Qualifications None.
