Overview Key Rehab is looking for a full-time Program Coordinator - OT or PT to join our team in Macy, NE, a SNF setting. Education Completion of an accredited PT, OT, or SLP program (Required) Experience Prior experience in long‑term care setting and service coordination (Preferred) Licenses / Certificates Current PT, OT, or SLP license to practice in the assigned state(s) (Required) Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech‑Language Pathology (CCC‑SLP) (Required) CPR, as required by community (Required) Valid driver license and car insurance as required by state law (Required) Other items as required by federal, state, and local standards (Required) Responsibilities In addition to providing therapy under their disciplinary scope of practice (OT, PT, or SLP), the Rehab Coordinator serves as the liaison between Key Rehab and community staff. The position is instrumental in minimizing administrative burden and providing support to allow clinicians to deliver therapy services. The Coordinator also coordinates staffing and daily scheduling to meet key performance indicators and expectations under the direction of a Regional Supervisor. Qualifications Preferred Qualifications: Strong organizational and problem‑solving skills: ability to efficiently manage tasks and address challenges with effective solutions. Flexibility and team collaboration: adaptable to changing situations and committed to working seamlessly within a team environment. Exceptional communication: outstanding oral and written communication skills for clear and effective interaction with patients and colleagues. Experience with geriatric population: prior experience working with elderly patients, demonstrating an understanding of their unique needs. Knowledge of Medicare billing regulations: familiarity with current Medicare billing practices and guidelines.
