Data Analyst

We’re looking for a skilled Data Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will analyze complex datasets, develop insights, and support data-driven decision-making across the organization. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, you’ll help optimize key business metrics and improve overall performance. Key Responsibilities: Analyze large datasets using tools like Python to extract actionable insights. Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to communicate key metrics. Conduct A/B tests to evaluate the impact of product changes and marketing campaigns. Collaborate with teams to define metrics, establish success criteria, and interpret results. Apply statistical techniques to analyze data and improve business processes. Perform ad-hoc analyses to answer business questions and identify opportunities for improvement. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in data analysis and reporting. Qualifications: Degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related field. Experience in data analysis, statistical modeling, and hypothesis testing. Proficiency in Python for data manipulation and visualization. Solid understanding of statistical concepts and data analysis techniques. Experience with A/B testing and web analytics tools. Familiarity with SQL for data querying. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Excellent communication skills to present insights clearly. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. Preferred Qualifications: Experience with machine learning algorithms and techniques. Knowledge of digital marketing channels and customer acquisition strategies.
