Deskside Support Technician

Deliver hands-on deskside support to diverse end users, including executive support Test and troubleshoot software upgrades, system images, and hardware deployments Identify and resolve hardware and software issues across multiple device types Provide on-site and remote technical support Support popular operating systems and applications Collaborate with internal Kyndryl teams and alliance partners such as Microsoft Identify opportunities for modernization and automation Present innovative ideas to improve the end-user experience and drive cost savings Meet customer satisfaction, XLA, and SLA targets Deploy and support current technology solutions Requirements 5+ years of experience providing IT support Experience working in a customer-facing environment Strong communication skills, including email, phone, and in-person communication Must be a US citizen Must live in the United States of America Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related technical field preferred Core Competencies Demonstrates extensive experience in delivering hands-on IT support, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, and collaborating with teams to enhance end-user experiences. Proficient in meeting customer satisfaction and service level targets while supporting diverse operating systems and applications.
