Position Schedule: Part‑Time Branch Address: 275 37th St Ne Suite 100, Rochester, MN Role Summary The Branch Office Administrator (BOA) works with financial advisors to support client accounts, facilitate communication, and ensure a positive client experience. Key Responsibilities Provide exceptional client service via inbound/outbound calls, email, and in‑person interactions; respond to inquiries, resolve issues, and maintain strong client relationships. Manage account transactions including opening, transfers, and other requests; prepare documentation and maintain accurate records. Handle administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments, preparing meeting materials, managing correspondence, and supporting marketing initiatives. Assist in the annual business planning process to develop strategies for the upcoming year. Actively identify opportunities for additional services within client accounts and support related marketing activities. Maintain knowledge of the financial services industry and tools such as MoneyGuide, Salesforce, and Microsoft Office.
