WhatYou’llDo As a NOC Technician I ,you’llhelp keep our customers connected by monitoring, supporting, andmaintainingcellular network devices and services. Monitor andmaintaincellular network devices and data services Troubleshoot technical issues and provide customer support Provision and configure cellular devices Support technical projects and initiatives Perform lab testing and systems maintenance Participate in training and continuous improvement efforts Collaborate with teammates to deliver exceptional service As our business grows,you’llgain exposure tonew technologies, projects, and responsibilities.
