- Perform routine oil changes, lubrications, express inspections & filter changes as outlines on service ticket with efficiently/accuracy in accordance with dealership standards
- Perform 27 point inspection on used vehicles & pre-delivery inspection on new stock units
- Fill out follow up sticker & adhere to windshield
- Maintain a clean work area & ensure that customers' vehicles are kept clean
- Document & quality check work performed
- Keep abreast of factory technical bulletins
- Understand & follow federal/state/local regulations
- Six-months to one-year related technical training or experience; or equivalent combination of education/experience
- Ability to read, analyze & interpret technical procedures
- Ability to write reports, business correspondence & procedure manuals
- Ability to regularly lift/move up to 25lbs
- Basic mathematical skills & reasoning ability
- Customer service, computer & organizational skills
- Current, valid driver's license & satisfactory MVR
