Key Responsibilities\n- \n
- Develop and implement individualized therapy plans tailored to the unique needs of each client. \n

- Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions to individuals, families, couples, and groups, utilizing methods such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused brief therapy. \n
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals to ensure holistic and coordinated client care. \n
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in compliance with legal, ethical, and organizational standards. \n
- Engage in ongoing professional development, attending workshops and training sessions to remain informed of the latest advancements in mental health care. \n
As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, you will work primarily with individuals and families who have limited access to mental health services. This includes clients facing challenges related to substance misuse, trauma, and various mental health disorders. Your contributions will directly impact the emotional growth and resilience of our clients, helping them navigate their unique challenges and improve their overall quality of life.
Qualifications\n- \n
- A minimum of a Bachelor's Degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required; however, a Master's or Doctoral degree is preferred. \n
- Active and unrestricted licensure as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) in the state of Florida. \n
- A minimum of two years of counseling experience, preferably in a clinical setting. \n
- Proficiency in the use of Electronic Medical Record (EMR) software and related technologies. \n
- Strong understanding of legal and ethical standards regarding mental health practice. \n
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to establish rapport with diverse clientele. \n
- Proven ability to work collaboratively within a healthcare team. \n

- Specialization in family therapy, couples therapy, substance misuse counseling, or trauma-informed care is highly preferred. \n
