Tri-City Group is currently hiring an ERP Systems Administrator in Davenport, IA. This position will support the strategy, operation, governance, and continuous improvement of the company’s ERP platform. This role oversees system administration, functional support, integration, configuration, and process improvement to ensure the ERP system effectively supports business needs.

Essential Duties:

• Monitor ERP system performance to support reliable and efficient operation.
• Maintain, troubleshoot, and resolve issues related to ERP system software.
• Test and deploy system updates, enhancements, and configuration changes.
• Manage integrations between the ERP system and other business applications.
• Create and manage user accounts, including appropriate access permissions and restrictions.
• Run and distribute reports based on business requirements.
• Identify and create automation opportunities to reduce manual data entry and improve efficiency.
• Partner with business teams to improve processes and translate business needs into system configuration.
• Develop and maintain IT documentation, procedures, and user guides.
• Provide ERP training, documentation, and support to end users.
• Communicate system updates, issues, and process information professionally with internal and external stakeholders.
• Prioritize short- and long-term project needs to support business goals.

Required Education and Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in Accounting, ERP Administration or an equivalent combination of education and experience related to this position
• In-depth knowledge of ERP systems and integrations, reporting, and field mapping
• General knowledge of accounting principles
• Proficient in MS Office Suite
