Our client, the healthcare industry, is seeking a Barista to join their team. As a Barista, you will be part of the hospital support team supporting customer service and beverage preparation. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Barista I - Non-Tipped

Location: Lake City, FL

Pay Range:16.62

Shift: Part time flexibility between 6am-8pm with evey other weekend.

What's the Job?

• Provide exceptional customer service while preparing hand-crafted, quality beverages.
• Take customer orders accurately and efficiently, making coffee, tea, and other drinks to specifications.
• Operate cash registers and credit card machines to process transactions smoothly.
• Address customer questions and complaints professionally to maintain good relations.
• Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the beverage preparation area.

What's Needed?

• Barista experience or cafe experience needed. 
• Ability to follow safety and hygiene standards.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a team environment and handle multiple tasks.
• Availability to work the scheduled shift hours.
