Corporate Recruiter | Technology & Professional Services Location: Atlanta, GA / Flexible Remote Employment Type: Full-Time, Permanent Compensation: $80,000–$85,000 base + performance incentives Schedule: Monday–Friday | Standard Eastern Time business hours The Opportunity A growing technology and professional services organization is seeking a high-energy, results-driven Corporate Recruiter to join its internal talent acquisition team. This is an opportunity for a recruiter who loves the hunt—someone who knows how to find great talent, build strong pipelines, create momentum, and turn challenging searches into successful hires. You'll have meaningful ownership of the recruiting lifecycle and direct exposure to business leaders while supporting a mix of corporate and technical hiring needs . What You'll Own You'll manage full-cycle recruiting from initial sourcing through offer, including: Proactively identifying and engaging talent through LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, networking and direct outreach Building strong candidate pipelines for multiple concurrent searches Conducting candidate screens and assessing experience, communication and overall alignment Partnering directly with hiring leaders to understand priorities and move searches forward Coordinating interviews and maintaining momentum throughout the selection process Delivering a responsive, high-touch candidate experience Maintaining accurate candidate and recruiting activity within the ATS Supporting offer-stage activities and transition to onboarding Helping prioritize critical and time-sensitive hiring needs Meeting recruiting performance and hiring objectives What Will Make You Successful We're looking for someone who combines strong sourcing instincts with urgency, organization and follow-through. Ideal experience includes: Corporate or internal recruiting experience Strong preference for experience recruiting technical talent Experience within technology, professional services, consulting, staffing or another fast-paced environment Demonstrated success with proactive sourcing and outbound candidate engagement Ability to manage multiple searches and competing priorities simultaneously Strong written and verbal communication Confidence partnering with hiring managers and business leaders Familiarity with ATS platforms and modern recruiting tools A self-directed approach and ability to perform effectively in a flexible work environment Compensation & Performance This position offers a competitive $80,000–$85,000 base salary , along with a performance-based incentive opportunity tied to successful hiring outcomes.
