Position Overview The Invoicing Specialist will assist in writing invoices for large company contracts, check for accuracy, and send them to clients in an efficient and timely fashion. Key Responsibilities Managing databases and payment systems. Verifying client information. Listing down the due amount and itemized account of goods and services. Charging accurate tax. Deducting discounts. Creating invoice packages with supporting back up documentation, such as vendor bills, manifests, and spill reports. efficient filing and electronic filing. Branch invoicing support. Open Invoice reports with detailed notes. May assist with other administrative activities as needed. Perform other related duties as assigned. Desired Qualifications Strong work ethic with a safety-first mindset. Ability to work independently or part of a team while managing multiple tasks and deadlines. Excellent written and oral skills. Strong problem-solving skills. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to prioritize tasks. Excellent time management and proven to meet deadlines. Proficient computer skills with multiple programs such as Excel, Word, SharePoint, Email, Adobe etc. Prefer environmental services experience. Outstanding customer service. Good attitude and be a team player. Education and Experience Required High school diploma, GED, or equivalent required. Bachelor's degree preferred. At least 2 years of experience in an Invoicing Specialist, Billing Specialist or similar role required.
