Insurance Account Position - State Farm Agent Team Member

Position Overview State Farm Insurance Agent located in Gilbert, AZ is seeking an outgoing, career-oriented professional to join their team. As a State Farm team member for Pam Johnson - State Farm Agent, you will build and develop customer relationships within the community to promote State Farm products including auto, home and life insurance. Please note this is an in‑office position. Responsibilities Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service. Service can include responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification. Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options. Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services. Up to $500 per month reimbursement for health insurance. 401k pre tax and after tax with match once with the agency for 12 months. Salary range: $45,000 – $90,000 base plus commission. Requirements Schedule: Monday – Friday: 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM with 1 hour lunch. Saturday: 9 AM to noon. Rotating with other team members. May work 1–2 Saturdays per month. If a Saturday is worked, then 3 hours off is allowed to be taken during the week. Active Arizona Property & Casualty or Life/Health Producers License required. Sales experience (outside sales or inside sales representative, retail sales associate, or telemarketing) preferred. Successful track record of meeting sales goals/quotas preferred. Excellent communication skills – written, verbal, and listening. Property and Casualty license (must have active Az state license NOW to be considered). Life and Health license (must be able to obtain).
