If you’re looking to join a top-performing team in a fast-paced work environment, Meet with qualified home sellers for listing consultations and presentations Advise clients on pricing, marketing strategy, and selling timelines Manage client relationships from listing appointment through closing Maintain consistent follow-up using CRM systems and structured workflows Convert seller appointments into signed listing agreements Host open houses and engage prospective buyers and sellers Keep CRM, calendar, and pipeline updated for maximum efficiency Participate in weekly sales training, coaching, and team meetings Negotiate contracts with buyer’s agents to achieve the best deal possible for the client Call clients weekly to provide feedback on their property listing to keep them engaged and improve customer service ratings Work with clients to stage and market homes that draw in homebuyers and their real estate agents to achieve a quick sale Achieve the best deal possible for the seller by conducting extensive market analysis to determine the listing price Schedule and conduct listing presentations with potential sellers to promote exceptional customer service Ideal candidates will have: Full-time commitment to a real estate sales career Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills Confidence using CRM systems and digital sales tools Excellent organization and time management abilities A coachable, driven, and results-oriented mindset A positive attitude with strong problem-solving skills Strong communication skills with the ability to set and close appointments over the phone Completes tasks quickly and efficiently Excellent understanding of the real estate market conditions and how to utilize market analysis Ability to work on your own and motivate yourself 1+ year of prior experience in the real estate industry Compensation $75,000 - $150,000+ commission based Why EmpowerHome Team – Atlanta?
