NICU Float Pool RN: Advanced Care & Collaboration
Advocate Health
Advocate Health is seeking a registered nurse to participate in unit councils, governance, and quality initiatives to apply evidence‑based practices and improve care processes.
The role uses the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care for patients and families, while monitoring conditions, coordinating with the care team, and upholding safety culture. It may involve float to other units and requires BSN preferred with BLS and RN licensure.
