Department/Unit: AMHS - Rev Cycle Development Training and Quality Work Shift: Day (United States of America) Salary Range: $54,690.00 - $82,035.00 Revenue Cycle Staff Development Training Coordinator-Access Services The Training Coordinator is responsible for the development and oversight of the Academy Training Program for Access Services, Clinic Practice and Patient Engagement Center onboarding, as well as ongoing staff performance improvement initiatives. The Coordinator designs and delivers dynamic instruction with an emphasis on patient‑centered customer service for Access Services staff, focusing on specific healthcare pre‑service functions such as Scheduling, Pre‑registration, Insurance Eligibility and Verification, Authorization and Referral Management for Hospital and Practice. The Academy Training Program coordinates with training schedules for Hospital and Practice programs across multiple system applications. Responsibilities Develop, implement, and oversee training programs that enhance employees’ understanding of health insurance products, regulatory requirements, and customer service. Raise proficiency, build confidence, and develop interpersonal skills of trainees. Coordinate training schedules and deliver instruction across multiple applications. Ensure quality and effectiveness of training initiatives across Access Services, Clinic Practice and Patient Engagement Center onboarding. Qualifications Detail‑oriented and dynamic training coordinator with experience training in a healthcare setting. Strong knowledge of health insurance practices and passion for facilitating effective learning experiences. Experience with educational design, adult learning principles, and performance improvement.
