Full-Time Occupational Therapist (OT) / COTA Opportunity | Royalton, VT | 2026-2027 School Year

We are seeking a dedicated Occupational Therapist and will also consider qualified Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants (COTAs) for this role.
Position Details

- Elementary School Caseload
- Collaborative and supportive school environment
Responsibilities
- Provide occupational therapy services to students with diverse needs
- Conduct evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans
- Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams
- Maintain documentation and ensure compliance with district and state requirements
- Support students in developing skills needed for academic success and independence
Requirements
- Active Vermont OT license (or currently in the licensure process)
- COTAs are encouraged to apply
- Vermont Educator Certificate required
- Additional state and/or district requirements may apply
- School-based experience preferred
