Job Description:
We are looking for a Senior Design Engineer with strong experience in CATIA 3DEXPERIENCE and mechanical product design.
Responsibilities:
- Create and modify 3D CAD models using CATIA 3DEXPERIENCE.
- Develop complex surface and solid models using GSD (Generative Shape Design).
- Design and validate mechanical assemblies.
- Create production drawings and apply GD&T.
- Support New Product Development (NPD) activities.
- Handle engineering changes such as ECR/ECO/ECN.
- Support manufacturing and production teams.
- Collaborate with engineering and cross-functional teams.
- Ensure designs meet product requirements and engineering standards.

- CATIA 3DEXPERIENCE
- GSD / Generative Shape Design
- 3D surface and solid modeling
- Assembly design
- Production drawings
- GD&T
- ECR/ECO/ECN
- New Product Development
- Mechanical product design
Preferred:
- Marine/Boat/Yacht design experience
- Automotive or industrial product design
- Manufacturing/production support
- PLM experience
- CATIA V5 experience
- Design for Manufacturing (DFM)
Important: Candidates must be comfortable working onsite in Springfield, Missouri.
