As Branch Manager of our Beaverton office, you'll set the direction for your team while balancing sales, operations, and client partnerships to achieve ambitious goals. You'll coach and develop your employees, create strategies that drive growth, and make decisions that have a direct impact on your branch's success. Previous staffing experience isn't required. We're looking for a strong leader with sound business judgment, a strategic mindset, and the ability to inspire others to perform at their best.

You will :

• Develop and execute recruiting strategies for clients
• Conduct performance reviews, training, and coaching for team members.
• Conduct client quality control visits and solve operational challenges.
• Plan and delegate order fulfillment and recruiting
• Hold quarterly business reviews and manage strategic client interactions.
• Create and execute sales strategies, hold sales meetings, and conduct pipeline sales calls
• Make outbound calls to set meetings with prospective clients

You have:

• Extensive experience in leadership role in a sales-driven environment
• A strategic mindset and ability to focus on the bigger picture
• Exemplary decision-making and problem-solving skills
• Strong level of communication and effective delegation skills

Pay: Target salary range for this role is $93,900 - $110,000 plus monthly bonus opportunities. The full salary range for the role is $93,900 - $122,000. It is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for a position.

Location : Beaverton, OR

This is an in-office role with some travel to local client sites.
