Pay Rate $19.07 / Hour Job Schedule DayTimeTue10:00 PM - 06:00 AM How This Role Works Fixed-Shift Commitment (“Anchor Shifts”): You will be hired for a designated site and weekly shift that serves as your reliable base schedule. This assignment requires a six (6) month commitment. Earn More, Claim-A-Shift Program: In addition to your fixed shift, you may pick‑up extra shifts through our scheduling platform, allowing you to increase earnings and gain experience across multiple sites. Work part-time hours this week and full-time the next. It’s all up to you. This role is ideal for candidates seeking part-time employment with flexibility, income stability, and opportunities to build‑up to a full‑time schedule of up to 40 hours per week; always with the option to scale back when needed. Responsibilities Provide customer service to employees, visitors, contractors, and/or delivery personnel by carrying out site-specific security‑related procedures, policies, and emergency response activities at a manufacturing and industrial location. Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of manufacturing areas, warehouses, access points, parking areas, and the facility perimeter to help deter unauthorized activity and identify unusual conditions. Monitor access to the location, verify visitor and contractor authorization, and maintain accurate security‑related logs and records. Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, following established site procedures and escalating concerns as appropriate. Report maintenance concerns, hazards, suspicious activity, and policy violations to site management and/or Allied Universal leadership. Minimum Requirements Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws. Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
