DC Maintenance Lead — Equipment Reliability & Safety
BJ's Wholesale Club
BJ’s Wholesale Club is seeking a DC Maintenance Lead to oversee daily maintenance operations of a large distribution center. You’ll manage budgeted expenses, supervise the maintenance team, and ensure safety compliance across power equipment and building systems. The role requires 2–4 years in building and equipment maintenance, a high school diploma, and the ability to work in a demanding warehouse environment with heat, cold, noise and dust.
