Position: Pulmonologist – No Critical Care

A well-established physician-led healthcare organization is seeking a Pulmonologist to join its growing medical practice in southeastern New Mexico. The organization has extensive experience supporting physicians and maintaining a high physician retention rate, with a strong and growing team of pulmonary specialists.

Position Summary

The Pulmonologist will evaluate, diagnose, and manage patients with a broad range of pulmonary and respiratory conditions. This is a pulmonary-only opportunity with no critical care responsibilities. Full-time and part-time options are available, making this an excellent opportunity for physicians seeking flexibility, long-term stability, and a supportive clinical environment.

Essential Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive outpatient pulmonary care.
• Evaluate, diagnose, and manage a broad range of pulmonary and respiratory conditions.
• Develop individualized treatment plans based on patient needs.
• Coordinate care with primary care physicians and other specialists.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
• Participate in a collaborative, multidisciplinary care environment.
• No critical care responsibilities.

Qualifications

• MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school.
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Pulmonary Disease.
• Eligible for medical licensure in New Mexico.
• Strong clinical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• New graduates and experienced physicians are welcome to apply.

Visa Sponsorship

• J-1 Visa sponsorship is available. The organization has extensive experience sponsoring J-1 physicians and a strong physician retention record.
• H-1B sponsorship is available for physicians who have successfully completed their J-1 waiver requirements.
