About the Position

Beeline Home Services is looking for an experienced construction professional to join our team as a Field & Estimating Coordinator .

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with extensive residential construction, remodeling, carpentry, maintenance, or project management experience who wants to continue using their knowledge and leadership skills without the demands of full-time physical trade work.

We are looking for someone who understands how residential projects actually come together—someone who can walk onto a job, assess the situation, identify what needs to be done, anticipate potential problems, and help the team get the job done correctly.

This position will play an important role in helping Beeline Home Services improve estimating, project planning, field communication, quality control, and crew support.

Key Responsibilities

• Estimate residential painting, repair, maintenance, and remodeling projects
• Visit properties to evaluate project needs and develop accurate scopes of work
• Identify materials, labor requirements, potential challenges, and necessary repairs
• Plan projects and help crews understand the scope of work before beginning
• Visit active jobs to monitor progress and troubleshoot issues
• Provide guidance and mentorship to field employees
• Help identify problems before they become costly or create delays
• Perform quality-control inspections throughout projects
• Conduct final walkthroughs and help ensure completed work meets company standards
• Communicate with customers and address project-related questions when needed
• Coordinate with office staff, project managers, and field employees
• Help improve estimating, production, and field processes
• Provide practical construction knowledge and recommendations to company leadership

The ideal candidate will have significant hands-on experience in residential construction and a strong understanding of how projects are estimated, planned, and completed.

We are particularly interested in candidates with 20+ years of residential construction or remodeling experience , although we will consider candidates with a strong combination of experience, knowledge, and leadership ability.

What This Position Is — and Isn't

This is a field-based construction position , but it is not designed around performing heavy physical trade work every day.

You will still be visiting jobsites, walking properties, inspecting work, helping crews, taking measurements, solving problems, and interacting with customers.

The primary value you bring will be your knowledge, experience, estimating ability, judgment, leadership, and understanding of residential construction.
