Onboarding Specialist Trainee

### About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and organized **Onboarding Specialist Trainee** to join our team. The successful candidate will support the onboarding of new employees and clients, ensuring they have a smooth, welcoming, and well-organized experience from the start.

### Key Responsibilities

* Assist with onboarding and orientation activities for new employees.
* Prepare and organize onboarding documents and materials.
* Guide new hires through company processes, tools, and policies.
* Follow up with new employees to ensure they are settling in effectively.
* Maintain accurate onboarding records and trackers.
* Coordinate with HR and other departments to complete onboarding requirements.
* Identify and escalate onboarding issues when necessary.
* Support continuous improvement of the onboarding process.

### Requirements

* Bachelor's degree or relevant qualification.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office/Google Workspace.
* Ability to learn new systems and tools quickly.
* Detail-oriented, proactive, and willing to learn.
* Previous HR, administrative, customer service, or coordination experience is an advantage but **not required**.
