As a Relationship Banker Business Specialist within PNC's Retail Bank organization, you will be based in Vero Beach, Florida. Bilingual Spanish Preferred. Job Responsibilities

The Relationship Banker Business Specialist is responsible for:

• Acquiring and expanding share of wallet for Consumer and Business Banking opportunities under 2MM in sales revenue.
• Proactive lead management and referral generation.
• Developing ecosystem leadership inside and outside of the branch as a COI.
• Client experience and hospitality management.
• Working with the branch team to identify consumer and business banking opportunities to create referrals.
• Creating client loyalty and growing client share of wallet through a differentiated client experience.
• Managing risk through adherence to all policies and procedures.
