ABOUT OUR AGENCY: I opened my agency in 2022 and currently lead a team of five. Before becoming a State Farm agent, I worked as a team member. I'm a third-generation woman business owner and a graduate of the University of St. Thomas. Outside of work, I'm a proud hockey and boy mom, foster advocate, and rescue dog owner to Stella, Sapphire, and Stoli.

Community involvement is a big part of who I am. I'm Chair of the Twin Cities North Chamber of Commerce, serve on the Ambassador Board for the White Bear Lake Chamber of Commerce, and enjoy staying active in local organizations that help strengthen our community.

ROLE DESCRIPTION: As an Account Associate for Samantha Ferrell - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers' success. You help grow our office through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Manage customer accounts and update information in the database.
• Assist customers with policy changes and inquiries.
• Process insurance claims and follow up with customers on claim status.
• Coordinate with underwriters to ensure timely policy issuance.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Previous experience in insurance or a related field preferred.

Compensation: $50,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
