Per Diem Registered Nurse (RN) – Fee-for-Service | Ocean & Monmouth County, NJ

Award HomeCare is seeking a  dedicated and professional RN to join our team on a full time or part time basis . This is a  fee-for-service position ideal for nurses looking for a flexible schedule, competitive pay, and the opportunity to contribute to a growing home care agency committed to quality and compassion.

Position Overview:

As a Per Diem RN, you will:

• Conduct in-home client assessments and reassessments
• Develop and update personalized care plans
• Orient and onboard new caregivers in the field
• Supervise and evaluate Home Health Aides (HHAs)
• Ensure compliance with state regulations and agency standards
• Complete documentation in a timely, organized manner

Service Area:

• In-person visits primarily within  Ocean and Monmouth Counties, NJ
• Some remote work for documentation and administrative coordination

Compensation (Fee-for-Service):

• $85–$100 per assessment visit
• $40–$50 per supervisory or orientation visit
• Weekly pay
• 401k matching

Requirements:

• Active RN license in New Jersey
• At least 1 year of nursing experience (home care or community health preferred)
• Strong interpersonal and documentation skills
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel within the service area
• Willingness to work collaboratively with caregivers and office staff
