GenAI / Machine Learning / Python Engineer

Salary: $103,000 - 143,000 per year Requirements:

• We are looking for someone with 2–6 years of professional experience in Machine Learning, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, GenAI, or a closely related discipline.
• We need strong Python programming ability and a solid grasp of machine learning concepts and algorithms.
• Hands-on experience building and evaluating machine learning models is required.
• Experience with data preparation, feature creation, and exploratory data analysis is important.
• Strong SQL knowledge and data manipulation skills are expected.
• Familiarity with Python tools such as Pandas, NumPy, and Scikit-learn, or comparable libraries, is required.
• Exposure to AI/ML frameworks such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, or Hugging Face is preferred.
• We value strong analytical thinking, problem-solving ability, and the capability to work well in a collaborative team setting.
• Experience with Generative AI, large language models, prompt engineering, RAG, vector databases, LangChain, LlamaIndex, embeddings, semantic search, NLP, transformer architectures, model fine-tuning, or agentic AI is highly preferred.
• Cloud and deployment experience with AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform, plus Docker, REST APIs, microservices, CI/CD, Kubernetes, and MLOps, is a plus.
• Candidates must be eligible to work on a W2 basis and be willing to relocate anywhere in the United States.

• We handle data preprocessing, feature engineering, model training, evaluation, and tuning.
• We use LLM APIs, prompt engineering, embeddings, and related AI/ML frameworks.
• We develop or support Retrieval-Augmented Generation solutions where needed.
• We partner with engineering, data, and business teams to define requirements and deliver AI-driven solutions.
• We deploy and monitor AI/ML applications in development and production settings.
• We document technical approaches, solution design, and model performance.
