Key Responsibilities Perform comprehensive evaluations of students' speech and language needs. Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for students with communication disorders. Provide speech therapy services in both individual and group settings. Maintain detailed records of student progress and therapy sessions. Collaborate effectively with teachers, parents, and other professionals to enhance student outcomes. Actively participate in IEP meetings, providing valuable insights on speech and language needs. Stay current with the latest research and best practices in speech‑language pathology to deliver high‑quality care. Requirements Masters degree in Speech‑Language Pathology. Valid Florida license or certification in Speech‑Language Pathology. ASHA certification (CCC‑SLP) preferred, though Clinical Fellows are encouraged to apply. Experience working with school‑aged children is preferred but not required. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to maintain accurate records and consistently meet deadlines. Passion for helping students reach their full potential. Additional Information Full‑time positions require 37.5 hours per week; part‑time positions are also available.
