Customer Service Representative

$20–$24 per hour + Commission | Full-Time | New Hope, MN | In-Office

Current Shifts Available:

• Monday - Friday | 11:00 AM – 7:30 PM |$20-$22 per hour
• Monday - Friday | 12:30 PM - 9:00 PM |$21-$23 per hour
• Monday - Friday | 1:00 PM – 9:30 PM |$22-$24 per hour

Base Pay: $20–$24 per hour, based on experience and qualifications, plus commission opportunities.

About the Role:

At Legendary Home Services, our Customer Service Representatives are more than order takers—they're the first impression of our company.

You'll answer inbound calls from homeowners, understand what they need, build trust, and confidently turn those conversations into booked appointments. We're looking for someone who is professional, personable, quick on their feet, and motivated by results.

This is a fast-paced, performance-driven role with $20–$24/hour base pay plus commission , so strong performance is recognized and rewarded.

What You’ll Do:

• Answer inbound calls with confidence, empathy, and professionalism
• Ask the right questions to understand each customer's needs
• Build trust and confidently guide customers toward booking an appointment
• Schedule HVAC, plumbing, electrical, drain, and sewer services
• Handle questions and objections while keeping conversations natural and customer-focused
• Accurately document customer information and appointment details
• Work closely with dispatch and field teams to create a seamless customer experience
• Meet individual and team goals for booking, quality, and customer experience
• Use coaching and feedback to continuously improve

What We're Looking For:

• Previous customer service, call center, inside sales, scheduling, hospitality, or other customer-facing experience
• An excellent communicator who sounds confident and professional on the phone
• Someone who can connect with customers and comfortably ask for the appointment
• Strong multitasking, problem-solving, and computer skills
• Dependable, positive, and motivated to perform
• Comfortable with goals, coaching, and measurable results
• High school diploma or equivalent
