ASISTENTE DE SUPERVISOR DE TALLER DE FABRICACIÓN — $2,475 SEMANAL

Requisitos principales:

  • Trabajará como enlace entre la gerencia y las operaciones del taller.
  • Ayudará a dirigir el flujo de trabajo, resolver problemas mecánicos o de producción, supervisar técnicos y hacer cumplir estrictamente las normas de seguridad.
  • Delegar tareas, administrar los horarios de los turnos y supervisar la calidad del trabajo terminado.
  • Inspeccionar trabajos terminados y resolver problemas complejos o relacionados con planos y esquemas técnicos.
  • Dar seguimiento a las piezas y asegurarse de que todo el equipo del taller esté limpio, seguro y funcionando correctamente.

Turno:

  • Lunes a viernes
  • 7:00 a. m. - 5:00 p. m.

Duración:

  • Temporal con posibilidad de contratación permanente

Key Requirements:

  • You will work as a liason between upper management and floor operations.
  • You will help direct workflow, troubleshoot mechanical or production issues, supervise technicians, and enforce strict safety compliance. Responsibilities will  include delegating tasks, managing shift schedules, and monitoring the quality of finished work. 
  • Inspecting completed jobs and troubleshooting complex issues or technical schematics.
  • Tracking parts and ensuring all shop equipment is clean, safe, and functioning properly.
