Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)Make a difference every day by joining CCRES as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)!PAY RATE - $30 per hour and progresses to $32 per hour (W2 employment)Rate is based on years of related experienceOFFERING PAID CREDENTIALS - Eliminating upfront costs for necessary clearances & TB screening!Location: Boyertown Area School District (BASD)A Registered Behavior Technician / RBT is a paraprofessional who can work directly with students who have significant behavioral and/or instructional needs including students who require daily implementation of a crisis management plan; require complex verbal behavior programming; and/or extensive data collection, graphing, and analysis.The RBT is responsible for the direct implementation of behavior-analytic services including instruction and behavioral supportThe RBT practices under the close, ongoing supervision of a BCBATo be successful in this role, you must meet all of the following expectations:School-based cases, must have availability to work Monday through Friday following the academic calendar yearGeneral school hours approximately: 7:30am - 2:30pm (secondary) or 8:30am - 3:30pm (elementary)Maintain RBT certification as mandated by the BACBCurrent certification in both CPR/First Aide and Safety Care Training (De-escalation, and Escorts & Restraints)
