Current Openings

Hillsborough, NJ – Primary Care

Schedule:

• Monday–Friday

• 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM

Responsibilities:

• Patient intake and rooming

• Obtain vital signs

• Administer injections

• Perform EKGs

• Specimen collection

• EMR documentation

• Assist providers during examinations and procedures

Hillsborough, NJ – Pediatrics

Schedule:

• Monday–Friday

• 7:30 AM – 5:00 PM

• One late start each week (11:45 AM)

Responsibilities:

• Patient intake and vital signs

• Immunizations

• Rapid testing

• Specimen collection

• EMR documentation

• Support providers while delivering compassionate care to children and families

Limerick & Phoenixville, PA – Multi-Specialty Practice

Schedule:

• Monday–Friday

• Travel between both office locations required

Responsibilities:

• Patient intake and rooming

• Vital signs

• EKGs

• Injections

• Point-of-care testing

• Specimen collection

• EMR documentation

• Support multiple specialty providers in a fast-paced outpatient setting

What We're Looking For

✔ Current CMA or CCMA Certification

✔ Previous Medical Assistant experience preferred

✔ Experience with Electronic Medical Records (EMR)

✔ Excellent patient care and communication skills

✔ Strong organizational and multitasking abilities

✔ Reliable transportation for the Limerick/Phoenixville position
