Job OpportunityLine Operator in West Chester, PA Hourly Rate: $20.00-$25.00Responsibilities:Responsible for the safety, quality, and production within the spinning lineAssembly, load, pack, startup/shutdowns and changeoversResponsible for following production schedules, replenishing material, eliminating losses, finding and fixing defectsCalculate and record results in data entry systemsComplete CIL tasksDrive own results and priorities through the 5 Rocks processParticipate in planned stops, DDS (24 hour planning) and shift handoversAssist in onboarding new team membersMaintain daily goals to ensure minimum loss of downtime on the machinesMaintain a quality-focused culture in a manufacturing environmentRequirements:Manufacturing experienceAssembly line experienceWorking experience of Loss Elimination Methodologies preferredCollaboration skills-Able to work in a global multi functional environmentStrong communication skillsMust be able to go to Ireland for trainingBenefits:Health Insurance (covers employee 100%)PTO (can accrue 14 PTO days in the 1st year of employment)Holiday PayBereavement LeaveLife Insurance (100% paid for employee by company)Short Term Disability (100% paid for employee by company)Long Term Disability (100% paid for employee by company)Retirement Plan 401K (with 5% Safe Harbor contribution)
