Role Description We are seeking an experienced MarTech Lead to own, design, and scale our commercial marketing technology ecosystem. You will bridge the gap between marketing, IT, and regulatory compliance. Your core focus is to deliver personalized, omnichannel customer journeys for healthcare professionals (HCPs) and patients while adhering strictly to pharmaceutical compliance and data privacy guidelines. Key Responsibilities Ecosystem Ownership: Manage and optimize our core MarTech stack, including Veeva CRM, Veeva Vault (Modular Content), Marketing Automation platforms (e.g., Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Adobe), and Customer Data Platforms (CDP). Omnichannel Orchestration: Enable seamless, personalized content delivery across web, email, portals, and remote detailing channels to maximize HCP engagement. Compliance & Governance: Ensure all digital campaigns, tracking tags, and automated customer journeys comply with pharma regulations (e.g., MLR - Medical, Legal, and Regulatory review processes, GDPR, HIPAA, and consent management). Data Integration: Partner with enterprise analytics and data teams to connect digital engagement metrics with offline sales behaviors and prescription data. Cross-Functional Leadership: Act as the primary liaison between commercial marketing, global IT teams, external agency partners, and software vendors. Skillset required Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Information Systems, Marketing, or Life Sciences (Master's/MBA preferred). 6-10 years of total experience, with at least 4-6 years specializing in MarTech implementation, integration, or digital transformation within the pharma, biotech, or medical device industries Hands-on experience configuring and integrating commercial life sciences tools such as Veeva CRM/PromoMats, Salesforce, Adobe Experience Cloud, or Sitecore. Solid understanding of pharma-specific compliance, modular content creation, and data privacy frameworks. Has deep expertise in content management and content operations. Understands content governance, taxonomy, metadata, and CMS platforms. Acts as the go-to person for content-related processes and best practices. Works with business, marketing, product, and technology teams to improve content quality and delivery. Being a Mathemagician Embody MathCo's culture and way of working.
