CRM Marketing Operations Leader: Strategy, Automation & Insights

LEGO Education is seeking a Marketing Operations Manager in the US to drive CRM strategy, governance, and marketing tech. You will optimize lead management, journey orchestration, and reporting in partnership with the Insights & Analytics Team, while managing vendors and scalable processes. This hybrid role is based at our Boston HUB with 3 days in-office and 2 days remote. You will own CRM data integrity, dashboard development, and cross-functional collaboration to improve demand generation and #J-18808-Ljbffr 1088 LEGO Brand Retail Inc.
