RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options.
• Develop insurance quotes, present options, and close sales.
• Establish client relationships and follow up with clients, as needed.
• Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly client support.
• Develop new financial service opportunities with both existing and new clients.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-oriented environment
• Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks
• Able to obtain Property and Casualty License and Life and Health License.
• Proven track record of trustworthiness, dependability and ethical behavior.

Compensation: $55,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year

About Our Agency

• Our mission is to help people manage the risks of everyday life, recover from the unexpected and realize their dreams.
• We help customers with their insurance and financial services needs, including Auto Insurance, Home Insurance, Life Insurance, Retirement Planning, Business Insurance, College Planning, and Renters Insurance.
• Our office is located in Saint Louis, MO & Ladue, MO.
• Our office is open Monday - Friday from 9:00 am - 5:00pm.
• I have been a State Farm agent since 2014.
• Before becoming a State Farm Agent, I was previously employed as a State Farm Agent Team Member.
• I am a third generation State Farm agent.
• We currently have 13 team members at our agency.
• Our agency has received awards including: Chairman's Circle, Ambassador Travel, Legion of Honor, Senior Vice President's Club, Silver Scroll, and Bronze Tablet
