Senior Genetic Counselor - Utilization Management (Hybrid)

Blue Shield of CA is seeking a Genetic Counselor to manage prior authorization and medical reviews in a dynamic healthcare environment. You will ensure timely authorization of care services based on clinical necessity. The ideal candidate will have a master's degree in Genetic Counseling and at least 7 years of relevant clinical experience. Strong analytical, clinical decision-making, and documentation skills are necessary to succeed in this role.
