The TPM will be responsible for managing complex, cross-organizational programs that impact both product and business for OCI. This role requires a passion for solving high-impact problems through process improvement initiatives and driving continuous improvement in systems/tools. Initial focus will be on driving programs and improvement related to rack ingestion, capacity delivery, and on-time performance. The role is highly visible and will be required to effectively communicate status at an executive level.
