AI Workflow Architect

AI Workflow Architect (Automation + Systems Builder) Remote (U.S. preferred). Based in Texas (Dallas/Houston a plus). Contract → Full-Time (for the right person). We’re building a next-generation AI-powered insurance and real estate platform that automates underwriting, quoting, servicing, and portfolio management. This is not a “plug ChatGPT into Zapier” role. We are looking for someone who can design and build intelligent workflow systems that replace manual operations and scale across thousands of assets, policies, and transactions. What You’ll Do Design and deploy end-to-end AI workflows across insurance and real estate operations Build automation across CRM (HubSpot/Salesforce), policy management systems, document processing (COIs, loss runs, schedules), underwriting workflows Integrate tools using APIs (REST, webhooks, etc.) Build AI‑assisted processes using OpenAI / LLMs, vector databases (if applicable), workflow tools (Zapier, Make, n8n, or custom) Turn messy, manual processes into clean, scalable systems Collaborate directly with leadership to identify high‑ROI automation opportunities What We’re Looking For Proven experience building real‑world automation systems (not just prototypes) Strong understanding of APIs, data flow, and system architecture Experience with workflow automation tools (Zapier, Make, n8n, etc.) Experience with AI/LLM integrations Ability to think like an operator, not just a developer Experience in insurance, real estate, or fintech is a strong bonus What Makes You Stand Out You’ve replaced entire roles or teams with automation You have Loom videos, demos, or case studies of systems you’ve built You understand how to design for scale, reliability, and edge cases You care about outcomes (time saved, revenue generated), not just code Compensation Competitive hourly/project‑based or salary depending on experience Performance‑based upside tied to systems you build Who This Is NOT For “Prompt engineers” without systems experience People who haven’t deployed production workflows Anyone who needs step‑by‑step instructions to execute #J-18808-Ljbffr Benchmark Insurance Group of Texas
