And national committees which contribute to the development and professional advancement of pharmacy practice./liliServing as a leader or facilitator on a regional or national professional organization./li/ul/ulpMinimum Qualifications:/pulliWork schedule: Monday Friday day shift./liliEducation: Bachelors degree in pharmacy or Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD)/liliExperience: Five (5) years of clinical oncology experience./liliLicensure: Licensed Pharmacist in the state of VA./liliCertification: Basic Life Support (BLS), Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) for Critical Care and Emergency Medicine, and Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) within 90 days of hire./li/ulpPreferred Qualifications:/pulliPGY1/PGY2 Oncology residency./liliBoard certified Oncology Pharmacist or certification obtained within two (2) years of employment./li/ulpWe are Inova, Northern Virginias leading nonprofit healthcare provider.
