Job Description We are hiring a Maintenance Manager for our property in Chandler, AZ. Where You Will Work Oversee maintenance at Lumiere Chandler, our 256‑unit community in Chandler, AZ. What We Offer Expected pay rate of $72,000 – $74,000 annually plus a 15% target bonus opportunity. Monthly Customer Service Satisfaction Bonuses of up to $250 per month. Additional benefits include 401(k) with up to 6% match, paid parental leave, tuition assistance, and more. What You Will Do Lead and develop a maintenance team. Provide exemplary service to residents and team members. Manage all aspects of property maintenance, including vendor relationships, service staff, preventative maintenance, apartment turns, and resident service requests. Communicate maintenance and capital needs to management and ensure they are addressed. Ensure compliance with AIR operating procedures, regulations, and Environmental Health & Safety requirements. Manage the budget efficiently to maximize return on investment while maintaining quality and customer service. Qualifications At least 5 years of experience in technical maintenance and facilities management, ideally in property management or a related industry. 3–5 years of experience leading a customer‑service and asset‑maintenance team. A reliable mode of transportation. Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, 7‑day weeks, and on‑call shifts (at least one week per month). Comfort with physical activity, able to move heavy equipment and machinery. Ability to read, write, and speak English. Who You Are Passionate about team building. Strong mechanical aptitude.
