PRN, Flexible Hours Non-Benefits Eligible Must be enrolled as a 2nd year student in a Radiologic Technology Program Overview Missouri Baptist Medical Center, an acute care hospital in St. Louis County, offers a full continuum of medical and surgical services. The Radiology Department is a full-service diagnostic center dedicated to delivering high quality imaging services. Preferred Qualifications Under the supervision of a registered technologist, performs imaging procedures to adult and pediatric patients for diagnosis and/or treatment of anatomic and physiologic disorders. Must be currently enrolled in an imaging program. Illinois: follows IEMA guidelines regarding administering radiation and making exposures. Responsibilities Assists the technologist with imaging procedures. Students require direct supervision in surgery. Escorts or transports patients to and from examination area, assists technologist with patient transfers to and from imaging tables, and assists patient as needed. Assists outpatients with completing information necessary to the procedure.
